What are some subtle symptoms of schizophrenia?

I’m writing a story and would like some VERY subtle things someone with schizophrenia would do. So far I’ve been using the blank countenance and thousand-yard stare but I would like some that are more subtle and also depict someone in a somewhat advanced state of schizophrenia. http://bit.ly/odEdWr
