A question about paranoid schizophrenia?

I’m about 30 yrs old and a few months ago I had symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia. But they stopped all of a sudden. Is it possible for paranoid schizophrenia to be cured or go away? I heard that it’s supposed to be forever. http://bit.ly/rq8bJU
