What does a case coordinator for a mental health and rehabilitation program do?

I have an interview tommorow with an organization that provides mental health and social services to the mentally ill in Los Angeles. I applied over a month ago and it was for a different position. What exactly are the duties/responsibilties of a case coordinator? http://bit.ly/rooUAU
