Is borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder more severe?

It seemed to me that borderline was not as bad as bipolar disorder, but my sister, who is a nurse, told me that bipolar II is the least bad, bipolar I is the middle, and borderline personality disorder is by far the worst. Is this true? http://bit.ly/oZuAMn
