How to explain bipolar disorder to a child?

My eldest is 4 and she has started asking me what my meds are for, I don’t want to lie to her but I don’t want to worry her either. Are there any books or other tools aimed at children that will help me explain my bipolar to her? http://bit.ly/o6yALV
